Updated my templates page

Template, News       Share This    Trackback

Another quick note, I have now updated my templates page so I’am able to update easier, I also added a nice ajax voting system. So if you download, and use my templates would you please take the time to vote for them as well. I just would like too know what are peoples favorites so I know what to do, and what not to do. I also made each template have it’s own page where you can now comment. So please do that as well.

Digg V3 with Right Hand Menu

News       Share This    Trackback

As most of you know, Digg Version 3.0 Was released today. I must say it was done the right way, and is a great redesign, not visually, but now with a plethora of added catagories, and a redesign of how everything works. There was one downfall I found. The menu is now on the left hand side. This just seems awkward to me, as Im used to everything being on the right.

Leave it to the community to fix this pronto!

You have a couple of options,

  • For the firefox user, you can use the Stylish extension, and add the following code:

    @-moz-document domain(digg.com), domain(www.digg.com) {
    a { text-decoration: none !important; font-weight: bold !important; }
    #top_ad, .banner_ad {display: none !important;}
    h3 a { border: none !important; background: none !important; }
    #contents, #sidebar { float: left !important; border: none !important; background: none !important;}
    #container {background: none !important; }
    #sidebar {padding: 20px 0 1em 35px !important;background-position: 0 0; }
    #footer {background: none !important;}
    }

    Thank you to Dryan for this nice little work around.

  • Or for everyone else you can use Greasemonkey and this Greasemonkey Script that will implement Dryans code into an easy Greasemonkey Script.
